Deposit and Fees
A non-refundable deposit (50% of the package price) is to be paid upon booking, at which point the Celebrant will commence services.
The remaining balance should be paid to the Celebrant six weeks before the event.
Note: When the Elopement Date is very close in time and the normal Payment Plan cannot be respected, another payment scheme will be proposed in writing.
Cancellation Policy & Refunds
Our cancellation policy will apply only once your booking is confirmed and the contract signed by both parties. According to our cancellation policy, all payments are non-refundable.
Nevertheless, in some cases we may be able to offer you a partial refund of unspent and/or recoverable costs - where such are available. The availability and amount of such a refund cannot be previously determined and remains fully at our discretion.
Covid Policy
We offer peace of mind and the flexibility to change your wedding date.
We understand that travel can be uncertain with the present world situation, and we want to make sure you have a peace of mind when booking your elopement with us. Should you make a booking with Santogram and COVID-19 or travel restrictions make your upcoming elopement date no longer possible, just email us and we would be happy to assist with a free postponement option.
The postponement of your wedding can be of any date in the following 12 months after the original wedding date, as long the date is available and agreeable with your celebrant without penalty or extra charges.
If you decide for a cancellation, the initial deposit is non-refundable, while the remaining installment MAY be partially recoverable. This will be solely determined at our discretion.
No further payments shall be due after cancellation.
Forms of Payment
All payments must be made using the information and preferred payment method communicated to you by your celebrant. Payments can be sent by direct bank transfer (international wire transfer) .
We recommend avoiding the high transfer fees charged by the banks and using a reputable third party international money transfer service, such as Transferwise. TransferWise only charges you a low service fee and uses the real, mid-market exchange rate for conversion.
